Very good and to the point presentation. My key takeaways were:
1. Why or WIIFM: it is imperative that emails quickly and briefly talk about “What’s in it for me” (WIIFM) issues, preferably as bullet points and above the fold.
2. Having only one call to action (CTA). Preferably to a dedicated landing page and not to the home page. Repeat the CTA in more than one place and as both a text link and a button.
